A consent is a single recorded decision by a data principal for a given purpose — whether granted, updated or withdrawn. Re-displaying a banner does not count; only stored decisions do.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the platform. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

All consent records are stored and processed within Indian data centres, in line with DPDP Act expectations. Enterprise plans can request dedicated residency.
